Visibility Management Made Simple

Designed for 3D artists and designers, Re-View makes it easy to iterate between versions, explore design alternatives or present options during client reviews and team meetings. All within a clean UI that works efficiently in full screen, with no need for the outliner or a cluttered workspace.


Collections Panel

Manage collection visibility with flexible controls.

  • Cycle
    Cycle through listed collections one at a time. Ideal for A/B/C/... comparisons.
  • Toggle
    Switch any listed collection on or off
  • Local View for Collections
    Isolate all listed collections into Blender's local view.
  • Exclude from Cycle
    Available in all panels, this checkbox lets you temporarily disable specific collections, variants, or cameras from being included when using the cycle operators.

Variants Panel

Store and retrieve the visibility state of multiple collections in one click.

  • Save Variant
    Save the current visibility state of all listed collections to a named slot.
  • Load Variant
    Instantly restore a saved configuration.
  • Cycle Variants
    Quickly step through saved variants using Up/Down controls. Ideal for A/B/C/... comparisons in complex scenes.
  • Import/Export Variants
    Save and import visibility setups as a JSON file.
  • Local View for Variant
    Enter local view showing only collections defined in the active variant.

Cameras Panel

Create, manage and cycle through scene cameras.

  • Camera List with Active Toggle
    View all scene cameras and set any one as the active camera with a single click.
  • Cycle Cameras
    Step forward or backward through all scene cameras.
  • Create Camera from View
    Create a new camera from the current 3D view and make it active immediately.
  • Align Camera to View
    Snap the active camera to match your current viewport angle.
  • Go to Active Camera View
    Jump into camera view or exit back to perspective view.

Material Override Sub-Panel

Temporarily override materials for specific collections.

  • Target Selection
    Choose to override only listed collections or all others in the scene.
  • Material Picker
    Assign any existing material, or create a new one with base color editing directly in the panel.
  • Skip Emissive Matertials
    Keeps emissive materials intact to preserve lighting in rendered view (Cycles).
  • Apply/Restore Toggle
    Apply the override non-destructively, restore original materials with a single button.



Installation

  1. Download the zip file.
  2. In Blender, go to Edit > Preferences > Add-ons > Install from Disk.
  3. Select the zip file and enable the add-on from the list.
  4. Paste the License Key provided.
  5. The panel appears in the 3D Viewport sidebar (N-panel) under the Re-View tab.
